When Americans say that the country is moving in the wrong direction, this article describes some of what they mean. What baffles me is, why did they re-elect these guys?
If we’re winning the war in Iraq, I’d hate to see us if we were losing.
Poor Harriet Miers. She had years of files to go through in order to answer the Senate’s questionnaire. I wonder how many more files someone like Judge Roberts had to go through when working on his questionnaire. Are we sure Ms. Miers is right for this job?
They say that one sign of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and hoping for a different result.
You know, men sometimes just don’t read the instructions.

Oh come on. Budweiser invents a drinking game and denies that it considered that beer would be used? Do they think we are all that stupid?
