Today is not the first anniversary of Hurricane Katrina’s striking the Gulf Coast, but I want to remember that event anyway. We should remember it every day of every week of every month of every year forever. I don’t think we have remembered it enough so far. In fact I think the people of New Orleans have often been forgotten in the past year. So today I remember the victims of Katrina, and I dedicate this song to them:
